In the case of a delay in delivery arrival (over 7 business days)- please notify us by email or phone.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it up to 14 days after receiving it (please notify us of your intention to return within three days from receiving it). We recommend using a trackable delivery service. Once your returned product has arrived and been assessed as being in a satisfactory condition for return- unused with original packaging and receipt, we will process your refund. The refund is for the original payment excluding the shipping fees to both ways and a 5% credit card transaction charge (Paypal payments will not pay for the credit card transaction charge).

If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately. If we see fit, we will pay for the return shipping. In that case, you will get to choose whether to replace it or get a full refund. If the product will not be found to be damaged on return- the client may claim it at their own expense (deducting any shipping payment made by Nomadity for the return).

All Fidlock products sold by Nomadity are under Fidlock's warranty. Any issues or complaints will be handled, if needed, through Nomadity and resolved according to Fidlock's decision.
